Dirty Hippies

My boyfriend, myself, and his two friends were up in Northern California and decided to go to some hot spring...the top is what I was expecting...nature, clean water, private space...free

Instead what we found was the below picture, only naked, old, in a heart shaped hot tub, and it cost $25. I wasn't mature enough, I stared, I sat in dirty bath water. Traumatic.

Luckily I can laugh about it now...but it was not an "in the moment" to be appreciated.

New Years Resolution- Enjoy the Moment

I couldn't really think of a good resolution until a few days ago when my Uncle sat down and told me his. He said "This year i'm going to work on appreciating the moment, while it's happening, instead of worrying about the future so much". I thought it was amazing, so I will do the same. Instead of being so anxious to get to the next step, this year I will enjoy the process, appreciate it for all it's worth. Enjoy my youth, my health, my energy and the people around me that enjoy theirs as well.
